To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣地鐵站富華中心出口附近，已有兩間台式茶店，現在又多一間，消費者又多個選擇。新進註的茶星人，招牌仍被紅紙封住，應該是擇取良辰吉日才揭牌。雖然招牌未開但已營業，這是否叫試業呢?店鋪裝修簡約，最突出是點飲品櫃前有隻白色造型外星人同你打招呼，飲品種類標示在店旁一塊如幻似夢的座地牌上，天空的星際亮著點點星火。飲品有8 個系列，水果星球、純茶、芝士雷沙、茶星人聯乘系列、黑糖波霸、鮮奶朱古力脆皮黑洞、茶星人特調、夏日Darling星球。今次買最普通的品種，黑糖波霸炭燒奶茶，店員問是否要少糖少冰，我說是的。很快已調好這杯飲品給我，要袋子也不用收費。茶星人的飲品杯都很特別，有黑白色調的外星人圖像印在杯上，杯蓋不是啤口的那種，而是用白色的膠蓋，有一個小口可打開來放飲管，杯蓋很實飲料不易滲漏。整杯飲品奶茶味足，珍珠大粒又煙韌軟糯，不過少糖我也覺得很甜，可能下次耍叫微糖。細杯有500ml，對我來說已夠飲，如果口渴飲就要700ml才足夠。
