慶祝生日,屋企人揀咗e間餐廳。去餐廳路上係要經過後巷嘅,不過都好似搵到入到去,職員安排咗我地坐係一個佢聲稱無人會用嘅側門旁,坐底張凳係會擋住咗個門抦個種,但無耐隔離再隔離枱客就用咗佢出去食煙😓 其實餐廳都唔大,點解唔行正門去😥 希望餐廳職員可以放個牌叫啲人唔好用個度門🥺入正題,嘢食overall嘛嘛哋,生蠔幾好,隻隻都好大隻,但係熟食真係一般我哋叫咗支白酒,叫任何支裝紅白酒都可以 +$50 叫半打精選生蠔,職員本身叫我哋落咗生蠔先,食完再叫熟食。但我哋諗住叫埋先唔使煩,好彩叫咗先,因為生蠔要等好耐,食完2個starter 先上生蠔方面:$50 嘅精選生蠔喺西班牙蠔,幾好食Gillardeau 鮮甜👍🏻西班牙銀貝澳 (?) Tenderloin with foie gras
我喺叫medium rare,落單講明3成,上枱變咗medium well 7成熟🫠🫠🫠🫠 所幸個肉質都還可以。但如果你對扒好有要求,唔好叫
個鵝肝(定鴨肝) 無任何汁一齊食,亦煎唔夠,所以好油膩
