自從黑夜壽司提早左之後,一壽司就變左每個月都會黎一至兩次的飯堂,雖然成日見到7點幾門口就排左好長龍,但其實入面都幾多位,所以都唔會等太耐就可以入座。另外值得一讚係上菜時間比想像中快,原先以為半價壽司吸左好多客,廚房應該有排做,但好在D野都上得快手,唔會等到係咁催單。以前未有半價個時就開始食一壽司,質素方面都唔太差,依家半價之後基本上都Keep到水準,例如平時食開的帶子、鯛魚、油甘魚、劍魚、吞拿魚都好鮮味,特別係帶子,大大粒又厚肉,入口仲有甘甜,口感柔軟,食左咁多次都無話上碟時有問題,咁當然同貴價壽司店比係會差少少啦,但呢個價錢黎講就算係唔錯!
