To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔米線~我食過超過數十次了，也相信在香港應該超過7成人試過，在香港~有很多米線的食肆，都有很多選擇，但譚仔雖說不上好食到飛天，但它獨特的味道確實，其他米線店舖做不來，譚仔不靠蔥花、芫茜等配菜令米線和湯底變重。 湯底分酸辣、麻辣、湖辣、清湯，而我最愛吃的就是酸辣，米線從不讓人失望，不過今次叫的小食~ 蒜泥白肉就有點失色，因為白肉都是凍的，令到牠的肥膏呈白色固體，沾著蒜泥吃，感覺有點難消化。
