To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隔咗一段時間，總係會掛住沙嗲王嘅白咖喱豬扒飯。今日喺觀塘附近工作。朋友話不如試吓新開嘅白咖喱公司。一聽個名都覺得有啲熟悉，點知原來真係沙嗲王嘅集團公司。見到有白咖喱豬扒飯，當下真係開心到笑咗出嚟。主打快餐，冇沙嗲王咁多小食選擇適合返觀塘工廠區嘅朋友。白咖喱香茅豬扒飯，真係一流，午餐時間仲會配埋冰凍的無糖烏龍茶適合keep fit人士。咁多款選擇嚟緊一兩個月又有新餐廳可以幫襯一下啦。而且見到佢嘅下午茶都十分吸引，一定要再支持。
