To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從我家樓下開了元氣，這裡差不多成了我跟男朋友的飯堂。元氣對我們來說，款式有點悶，不用看餐牌已經可以點啦。壽司類和軟殼蟹手卷仍然保持水準，可是欠缺吸引的熱食/ 炸物/ 拉麵/ 烏冬，有點美中不足。因為位置最方便，所以我們也不厭其煩地再去吃吃吃。三文魚 / 帆立貝/ 玉子 / 腐皮都是必叫的，是壽司餐的最根本。右邊是新出的蟹肉卷，真的像凍蟹那種味道。很喜歡裡頭那一舊痴立立的芝士。每一次加州小卷的賣相都不好，很難沾滿粒粒的蟹子吧。其實炸蠔軍艦的配搭有點怪，應該放在炸物類，而不是壽司吧。
