To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日期：9月27日人數：1人因為要單獨去銀行一趟，所以就自己一個人快快手手食個午餐。來到銀行附近嘅機利文新街，喺呢間冰室咁啱有一個位，就入咗去食。來到冰室當然要點一個常餐嚟考牌啦。常餐裏面有豬扒公仔麵、蔥花炒蛋、丹麥多士、同埋一杯飲嘢。轉凍飲加$3。先講豬扒公仔麵，豬扒煎得好香，但比較細塊，切左啲骨之後剩返好少肉。公仔麵略為林左少少。但值得一讚嘅係碗湯好熱，仲幾濃幾好飲 (餐廳聲稱係金寶湯)。蔥花炒蛋方面，食落去係熱嘅，所以應該係即炒，雞蛋本身幾香，加埋蔥花感覺唔錯。最後係丹麥多士，比一般多士鬆軟，加上麵包新鮮，當然好食啦。凍檸茶我冇影相，但係比一般茶餐廳要大杯少少。餐廳裝修正正常常，服務都算及時，冇乜挑剔。我食完之後餐廳都冇即時趕我走。總括而言，食完個常餐感覺好滿足。係可以嚟再次encore嘅冰室。
