To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天天氣和暖最適宜到處走走，行經上環一帶真的改變不少。近這幾年塗鴉牆的魅力吸引不少訪客，還有老字號和新店舖的共融，成就了一個好去處。差館上街不經意發現一間茶餐室，見內裡裝潢不錯，順道來一個午餐吧！點了一個常餐，跟平常茶餐室的有少許不同。大多數的茶餐室是餐蛋麵之類，這𥚃是香芧豬扒，黃薑雞扒.....菜式比較特別。麵類可選的是福麵，金邊粉和米粉。我選擇了福字麵，充滿著我兒時回憶。餡料是黃薑雞扒，調味恰到好處，不過鹹，肉質軟腍。跟餐的還有炒蛋，火腿，香腸和牛油多士。炒蛋炒得嫰滑，中間位置還有蛋漿流出，火喉恰到。餐茶是茶走，茶味香濃，沒有被煉奶的甜膩遮蓋，順滑好飲。
