To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

常餐的粟米湯 好罐頭 但有超多粟米 嗦嗦聲 口感很飽滿

一個很平凡的下午，如常找吃，結果在這茶餐廳外等十分鐘才可進去，但還是只點了一個常餐常餐有這午餐肉通粉，配一個好罐頭味的粟米湯，但有異常多的粟米，嗦嗦聲，口感很飽滿，但味道偏淡，要自己加點鹽及胡椒粉才行，廚房看來有些失準。那午餐肉還好，是比較鬆軟的那種，也煎得透，口感可以。幸好還有可以upgrade的奶油豬，煉奶和牛油塗得均勻，香、脆、甜，還有那推得不錯的滑蛋，但結果給我倒進了那通粉，變了個自製餐蛋通！
