To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍灣番工既朋友都知真係已經食到唔知食咩好,有時又唔想食太多,又要平平地既話都可以試下呢間愈多款式就愈難揀,真係睇到有選擇困難症呀最後都係因為唔太肚餓揀左常餐就算,呢個就係食茶餐廳既好處~常餐A-栗米忌廉湯通粉常餐入面都仲有野要揀,真係不得了,我要栗米湯加栗米~湯底睇落唔係極之濃,不過飲落口就好滑好香,加埋通粉好暖胃。本身可以跟丹麥多士/厚多士,都可以加錢轉奶油豬/芝腿牛角包常餐B-沙嗲牛麵 不過不失既味道下次有機會再試下其他飯類先><

平同好味之間你要點取捨呢?初初我會揀前者,大家都係食一樣嘅嘢,但係價錢可能爭20% (例子就係一個蛋牛治烘底加一杯奶茶嘅早餐,一間平嘅$24 ,但係佢包含咗嘅係佢外賣嘅包裝係我喜歡嘅簡單類型,雖然都係用膠袋)隨着呢一間我食開嘅餐廳上個月開始到而家都未裝修完 ,我轉戰咗第二平嘅一間響附近,同樣係蛋牛治烘底加一杯奶茶嘅早餐呢間要$25,但係佢包含咗一個外賣元素用咗一個膠盒去包一件三文治,我覺得極度浪費)同埋佢嘅質素冇之前嗰間咁好上個星期突然叮一聲諗到呢一間出名滑蛋,咁佢嘅蛋治一定有質素啦 又嚟旦牛治烘底加奶茶早餐,呢一間要$31 (包含嘅外賣元素就係我最滿意嘅~佢用紙袋裝住) 食物嘅質素就唔使講啦,亦都係咁多間之中最滿意嘅。其實我都有試埋佢整蛋治嘅質素,又真係好似爭啲乜嘢咁(可能就係爭啲罐頭牛肉嘅肉香)所以一分錢一分貨,你會點揀?

嚟到呢間茶餐廳,跟朋友一齊揀咗齊人氣早餐A同C,先講返A嘅鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉,簡直係無得輸!湯底超級濃郁,粟米香甜喺口腔綻放,簡直係滋味爆燈!🌟呀,嗰碟炒蛋仲要輕柔得嚟,微微嘅蔥香又帶啲清新。咬落去有陣陣奶香,梗係要讚一讚。不過個奶油朱就仲有進步空間,未夠色香味俱全。早餐C個沙嗲黑豚一丁就有少少令人掛住嘅感覺,豚肉嫩滑,但沙嗲味道就未夠掂,略嫌淡口。話說返,蔥花炒蛋卻又係令人心情大好,蛋香四溢。🍳講到芝士咖哩蛋包飯,就真係全場焦點呢個碟。粉亮嘅蛋皮包住綿滑白飯,同埋咖哩同芝士汁個組合,喺口裏融合得就叫一個准!咖哩微辣帶點甜味,芝士汁同咖哩層次分明,真係錦上添花。🍛整體嚟講,依間茶餐廳絕對值得你試吓!口味得嚟又港式地道,真係一個滿足普羅大眾嘅好地方。下次心血來潮想食民間小確幸,記得黎呢度坐坐哦!👍

上次食過粟米濃湯但覺得一般分唔到鮮打同罐頭個分別可能我真係飲慣左罐頭個種味….*上次見到好多人叫咖哩所以今日試試佢咖哩芝士汁雞排蛋包飯 $61 (個名唔係exact岩 但係個內容係呢幾樣嘅mix)*咖哩汁係偏日式 少少辣 少少甜芝士汁似白汁,無芝士味,但有幾舊磨菇雞排算大塊蛋包飯,蛋外觀ok,同常餐嘅炒蛋一樣味所有野都係現成材料拼埋一碟所以唔會難食唔算特別驚喜,因為透過個名都expect到嘅味Lunch 黎講算係一個唔錯嘅選擇*餐廳lunch 好爆要搭台,台都係偏細張,台與台之間都好貼近係一間食完好快啲走嘅餐廳

💪🏻 常餐 - 鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉、炒蛋、牛油多士 ($51)呢間餐廳最出名係佢嘅粟米忌廉湯!本人好鐘意飲甜粟米忌廉湯,所以就慕名去咗食🤣 鮮粟米忌廉湯係餐廳用新鮮粟米打蓉制成,好香濃嘅粟米味同埋忌廉牛奶味,好creamy,亦都好香甜,配通粉食一流😋!另外粟米蓉都令到個湯更有口感。湯底咸甜都適中,唔會太甜,有微微黑椒味吊味。炒蛋都有蛋香,夠滑身,但略為唔夠咸味。多士牛油夠融,多士都軟熟。💪🏻 滑蛋咖喱吉列豬扒飯 ($62)餐廳嘅飯比起常餐就反而有啲失色。咖哩係似日式咖喱味道,但偏稀,比較水。但吉列豬扒夠厚身,亦炸得夠晒脆!味道:8/10 (8分都係畀常餐🤣)性價比:7/10 食住瘦指數:💪🏻/5
