To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自細已經喜歡食西餐，牛扒必然是最愛，但往往出街食都是食不到水準，唯有回家自己煎，但呢間餐廳既牛扒係我食過最好食的。薄餅薄又脆，本人本身不喜歡厚厚的薄餅。沙律仲要有牛油果同新鮮無花果伴碟，其他餐廳真係未必有...老闆介紹我食野生紅鹿架，又淋又嫩口，配特製燒汁，味道很夾很正！我第一次寫食評，成日出街食飯既我只會睬，不過呢間堅讚^^另外還可以麻煩老闆訂一些海鮮，幫我們加工，生日還可以訂乳豬，老闆親調味及自烤的...下次會試試羊扒，皇冠咁既樣架！
