To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同朋友到淘大睇戲食飯，响戲院上面嗰間大快活食，咕唔到間店6點幾己經人山人海！一心嚟試吓個火鍋，唯有等吓，好彩都唔使等好耐就比我哋揾到位，跟住火速到收銀位買飛、取火鍋。全程都幾快，服務都ok，員工快得嚟都有笑容、有禮貌。我要咗個蕃茄湯底肥牛鍋、而我朋友叫左個皮旦湯肥牛鍋。2個人4盤嘢張枱都唔多夠位放！個鍋又幾特別唔係一般不銹鋼銀色鍋，有啲似石頭飯嗰鍋，都幾得！而食物份量都算多，肥牛片好正好新鮮，蕃茄湯底好香濃，2個人每人$39蚊食到飽飽，差不多食咗一個鍾至食晒全部嘢，好彩樓下就係戲院，差不多食到開場前3分鐘至走人。想起上星期响淘大大家樂食火鍋就真喺未食就火到嚟！買咗飛都要等5個字，啲所謂東星班同肉食又(梅)，湯底又無味、份量又少...仲要貴過人！啲員工又無乜禮貌....真唔明同區咁多對手都可以生存到？
