To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住喺陽光餐廳附近幾年，從來都無諗過會幫襯佢。但早幾日，我老細喺無意間推介陽光餐廳，聽到佢話平靚正同埋質素好過大排檔嘅評語就吸引左我今晚同土友去試試。餐廳環境當然無美麗嘅裝潢，但尚算清潔。今晚星期五，我地大約7：30去到就有位，一坐低職員就送上例湯。我地2人點左2個餸，面每個餸都跟白飯1碗。首先送到嘅係《海味雜菜煲》雖然煲裡面只有蝦米可以叫用海味，但味道真係唔錯，d湯都比我飲晒～～第2味餸都未黎，我幾乎已經食晒成碗。跟住《土尤煎肉餅》就到喇呢味係我老細推介必食，所以諗都唔諗就叫左，果然真係好好餸飯，兩邊都煎到脆脆咁，好正食飽飽就埋單，見到好多枱都食蒸魚同炒蜆，下次一定要試下！！！
