To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平同好味之間你要點取捨呢？初初我會揀前者，大家都係食一樣嘅嘢，但係價錢可能爭20% （例子就係一個蛋牛治烘底加一杯奶茶嘅早餐，一間平嘅$24 ，但係佢包含咗嘅係佢外賣嘅包裝係我喜歡嘅簡單類型，雖然都係用膠袋）隨着呢一間我食開嘅餐廳上個月開始到而家都未裝修完 ，我轉戰咗第二平嘅一間響附近，同樣係蛋牛治烘底加一杯奶茶嘅早餐呢間要$25，但係佢包含咗一個外賣元素用咗一個膠盒去包一件三文治，我覺得極度浪費）同埋佢嘅質素冇之前嗰間咁好上個星期突然叮一聲諗到呢一間出名滑蛋，咁佢嘅蛋治一定有質素啦 又嚟旦牛治烘底加奶茶早餐，呢一間要$31 （包含嘅外賣元素就係我最滿意嘅～佢用紙袋裝住） 食物嘅質素就唔使講啦，亦都係咁多間之中最滿意嘅。其實我都有試埋佢整蛋治嘅質素，又真係好似爭啲乜嘢咁（可能就係爭啲罐頭牛肉嘅肉香）所以一分錢一分貨，你會點揀？
