楊州炒飯,絕對可以顯得師傅嘅功價,充滿鑊氣,粒粒飯炒得乾爽分明,唔會覺得太多油,材料豐富,真係食到停唔到口。酸菜魚龍躉,難得搵到一間酸菜魚係用龍躉做嘅,冇花冇假,龍躉肉質紮實,而且爽口,甚至連皮都係彈牙嘅,份量又多,價錢又抵,真係不可不吃。Wasabi安格斯牛仔粒,絕對係創新嘅一味菜,安格斯牛仔粒,入口香甜,充滿蜜味,而且又有Wasabi嘅香氣,有幾層味覺嘅感受,牛仔粒鮮嫩,唔會有雪藏味,肉質紮實彈牙,正。飄香醬海皇雞煲以雞煲作招來餐廳飯店,經驗話我知離不開都係用大量洋蔥、乾蔥頭、大蒜、芫茜及花椒八角等既香料溝埋一齊,加入大量既油、糖、鹽及味精去浸泡住啲雞,再俾你滾下滾下,由眼耳鼻舌身意都沾滿呢種味道,甚至連雞既味道都可以完全掩蓋埋,坦白講我真係唔知食梗香料定係雞,所以此店招牌寫明主打雞煲,點都要試一下佢地既招牌菜式既,睇下有咩唔同?雞既份量好充足,配料恰到好處亦都香氣十足,唔會太過死鹹或者甜到漏既感覺,雞肉好多汁而宜好嫩滑,一啲都唔柴,最後重點強調,雞係有雞味,而小妹亦好清楚係食梗一隻雞
