To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搵食艱難， 今日到處都係人，突然記得好耐冇食意蠔屋，一於就佢啦，唔好諗啦!這店鋪座位有啲逼，冷氣不足但套裝$58至$78， 已包餐湯連飲品， 都算抵食。香草汁牛柳蘑菇天使麵 $68牛柳有3塊， 份量都算不少，肉質鬆軟， 食落似薄牛扒， 天使麵配香濃香草汁， 好美味但食得多就好漏。芝士焗蠔大蝦千層麵 $75大蝦爽口、蠔厚肉， 不錯。但千層麵就好似食緊麵粉皮一樣冇味。＿＿＿＿＿＿
