To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚下雨天,一個人的晚餐,當沒有什麼想法,在堅尼地城地鐵出口上來,看見元氣壽司,便有了吃壽司作晚餐的想法。還沒到七點抵達,已經需要輪候,幸好不是太久,證明他們的生意不錯,吃日本料理,最重要是生意好,否則食材不新鮮。因為疫情關係,桌面沒有提供芥末和子薑,需要下單(免費)點叫,這是正確做法。他們的價格,屬於大眾化價錢,還有大滿足選擇,每款$10。今天厚燒玉子,更是半價,每件$6,點了2件,主要因為便宜。壽司方面,大約也是差不多,個人特別喜歡炙燒蔥香赤鮭,口感和味道不錯,所以後來多點一件。三文魚湯,非常失敗,不夠熱,所以有魚腥味道,魚骨也不足,所以欠缺香濃,敗筆之作。
