To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企小朋友想食，所以方便近屋企先去呢間食，點知去到個廁所壞咗，食咗10分鐘左右小朋友就要去廁所，焗住要出去商場搵廁所，我哋三個人食，三個打橫坐，大人帶小朋友出去搵廁所，返到嚟俾個服務員已經收咗啲嘢，我坐喺側邊唔係好見到佢收走咗，服務員收走咗小朋友支波子汽水同埋碟壽司，好彩之後同佢哋講返都補返俾我哋，但感覺一般般😮💨食食吓仲有隻烏蠅飛咗落啲壽司度，叫店員幫手換返，唯一好處就係今日星期六都唔太需要等位，等咗一張枱就入到，一個小朋友兩個大人，人均大約$100

Sashimi salmon served was quite discolored and tuna slices were not cut clean. clams were disgusting, it only taste like butter and nothing else. Overall not good for sushi or sashimi. Only thing was the steamed egg which is decent.

最近成日上網嗌外賣因為work from home 冇得去日本所以成日想食壽司 元氣佢啲章魚丸同埋芝士蛋糕 真係好好食 外賣壽司都整得好靚好新鮮 去重包裝得好好冷熱分開 油甘魚尤其新鮮好食大舊 我就最鍾意食油金魚佢嗰啲都係好新鮮好大嚿嘅今日啲章魚丸都好夠熱 佢呢仲好細心咁會用個貼紙封條封住啲嘢食保證你啲嘢食唔好畀人打開過嘅不過sushi上面有啲黑色嘅一點點唔知係乜嘢呢希望唔係啲咩污糟嘢喇

話說今晚唔想食茶記，又見好耐無食壽司，見到元氣係咁賣廣告，於是就幫襯下。我女朋友其實勁鄙視我，唉我都好後悔。我食咗雜錦刺身丼定食($47.6)，去到先知而家會員得七折，唔係六五折囉，上錯賊船咁。嗌完等咗20分鐘先有。我太肚餓喺公園食，好慘。但一打開真係想講粗口，食丼飯唔畀匙？要用筷子爬飯都算。最慘係個飯超難食，難食過堂食一百倍，魚生勁下欄位，啲色死死沉沉，聞落仲腥腥地，想死！壽司飯就勁乾身，落完豉油都好難呑。魚生同飯量都超少，勁搵笨。我食完可以食返平日晚飯份肉餅...。麵豉湯又䶢又唔夠熱唉。難以想像今時今日嘅元氣嘅質素仲差過爭鮮(認真)，不了不了不了。我以後都會再食放棄香港食客嘅餐廳。
