To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我地係平日午市去食,我地預先係牛角App入面book咗位,所以去到唔洗等就入得去,慳返唔少時間hehe。入去之前佢會叫你揀咗咩Lv同湯底先。我地今次就食Lv3美洲上級牛胸腹放題 ($148/位),任食90Mins,最後20分鐘左右就last order。今次揀咗蕃茄湯底同黑蒜油豬骨湯底,黑蒜油豬骨湯底真係好香濃,因為佢一送過黎我已經聞到好大浸黑蒜味,而我每次打邊爐都會叫蕃茄湯底,今次既蕃茄湯底都不過不先。蕃茄湯底用嚟淥蔬菜類就好岩,因為菜唔會吸左湯入邊嘅油,而且仲多咗小小蕃茄既味,唔洗點豉油既菜都會變到好好食。而黑蒜油豬骨湯就好岩用嚟淥肉,佢既味同牛肉好夾而又唔會好油膩。店舖為保食客安全,所以喺枱同枱之間加咗木板隔開,咁大家就唔驚口水飛。而且所有人出去拎嘢食都要帶口罩,所以可以確保食物衛生。佢地仲帶提供口罩紙比你放口罩,真係好貼心。牛肉唔會好多筋,算係唔錯既牛肉。海鮮還算新鮮,蝦係幾彈牙而且鮮甜,生蠔就冇咩臭味,魷魚扇貝青口就算普普通通,無咩特別唔難食都唔係特別好食。不過係火鍋放題嚟講係差多。我食咗45分鐘已經好飽,就去咗食甜品。
