Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講咗好耐要去天空之城，可惜事前無做好research，見好耐無食越南嘢，就坐低咗。食物唔係難食，不過係泰國嘢多過係越南嘢，內心感到有多少中伏，比個名欺騙咗。餐廳裝修好普通簡潔為主，我就揀咗戶外坐，有枱佢哋啲熟客，好鬼嘈講嘢又大聲，都幾影響人囉。最終叫咗個併盤蝦餅係好食嘅；蠔仔煎蛋唔錯蛋夠香，雞絲湯河啖湯都可以，不過唔夠越式口味偏清淡；青咖哩雞好咸同埋顏色綠得嚇人蝦醬炒飯基本係可以，不過炒得唔均有一邊夠味有一邊淡咗啲，如果唔係呢個炒飯就合格。
