To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時平有平食 都可以好食既 到區中米線店填肚子 咩麵咩辣咩餸都有得揀 夠自由《小鍋紅薯粉 走辣 豬頸肉 燕皮肉餃》紅薯粉超級煙韌 口感十分豐富 走辣後 湯底亦帶點酸酸 挺開胃 豬頸肉切成片 易入口 豬肉香味十足 燕皮肉餃味道較淡 吃不出是什麼😅《小鍋米線 走辣 豬大腸 蟹子丸 鮮竹龍蝦卷》米線十分滑流 而且軟棉棉的 豬大腸清潔乾淨 亦十分爽口 蟹子丸跟往常一樣 小心爆汁爆蟹籽 由鮮竹包裹龍蝦丸 比較少見 可惜表面的鮮竹不算鮮 不夠軟最後人均$50左右 便填飽肚子 十分抵吃
