因為工作關係,有咩好野未食過,我夠膽講牛極食牛扒絕對係庶渣價錢燒鵝脾享受!出面食過好多爛係高級餐廳,d牛扒set 幾百蚊一份都無呢到咁好食!.牛肉既選擇非常多有 美國、紐西蘭、澳洲、同日本。價錢都係由$80-$200左右。如果要食和牛都只係需$180就可以食到,相比出面食和牛既地方,呢到真係抵到爛!牛肩排($80/180g) 我就叫左個最平既牛肩排, 牛肉上枱既時候大概只有1成熟,大家可以根據自己喜好係>300度石板上自己煎到岩為止,如果舊石唔熱,仲可以免費無限幫你加熱返。牛肩係牛運動量較高既地方,油脂少,所以較為結實,有少少筋,但係就牛味非常濃郁,食落有咬口。追求牛味既你,就比較適合。牛柳($110/200g)相對牛肩,牛柳就係運動較少既地方,但係佢既特點係脂肪含量少同時又可以保持肉質軟腍,不過牛味就相對牛肩就少一d,比較適合追求肉質既你!除左牛扒之外,大家可以隨心自助咁出去任食沙律、珍珠米白飯同湯。沙律菜絲切得非常幼細,加埋車厘茄新鮮爽脆,仲有胡麻醬同柚子汁做dressing湯係用超大量牛肉煮成,配以番茄做點綴,牛味濃郁,番茄清新。
