To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在金鐘那麼貴的地段，lunch hour已很難找位子食飯，想食$50-$60以下的set更加困難，推介canteen, 平價但食物質素不錯的快餐店。今次我tea time, 以 $45有迷你叉燒飯 + 上湯菜心（仲有紀子），凍咖啡（ + $3），total $48, 50蚊都唔洗食到飽，簡直難得。凍咖啡大大杯，男仔飲都夠飲。點餐時我向廚房表示想要肥叉燒，廚房姐姐都盡量配合，肥叉燒是特別好食，不會太干和過硬，整體味道不錯，環境清潔又舒適。
