To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工搵下北角有咩抵食嘅好野，openrice 見到呢間推介小籠包，熱愛小籠包嘅我見價錢又好吸引就決定試下！賣野的姨姨好有禮貌，當我不清楚點魚蛋有咩醬汁，都一一為我介紹！叫左小籠包，最少要點六隻($20/6隻)～煎鍋貼($10/5隻)，不過怕食唔晒，姨姨俾我叫三隻～加多串魚蛋($6/5粒)～小籠包即叫即蒸，要等十分鐘，食住其他野等⋯魚蛋好彈牙，配少少辣汁，好味！煎鍋貼細細隻，材料豐富，個底脆卜卜，好正！(^_^)剛食晒佢地無耐，小籠包就出場啦！小籠包個籠一點也不少，是個大蒸籠～(≧∇≦) 入面的小籠包熱辣辣，仲要有肉汁！好好味！$20有6隻，味道一點也不遜於小籠包的專賣點，非常抵食！以後一定會再幫襯！小店有摺枱摺櫈放出面，而且開了太陽傘，落住微雨出不怕～不過我吸引左蚊一同開餐，俾蚊咬左5啖⋯惹蚊嘅人要小心哦！
