To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有openrice既折,折後每大人335一位,呢個價食酒店dinner buffer 都算平! 今個月係蟹做主題,餐廳送每人一個芝士焗蟹蓋/ 黑松露焗蟹蓋,我地各叫一款,味道一般,芝士就好味少少,黑松露果個係有炸粒粒,太油膩了!因為太餓,我取左熟食先,有好好味炸蟹箝好味r, 仲好食過你去飲宴果啲熟食有石班魚,味道一般都鮮既,其他都味道正常,款式唔多但味道幾好海鮮有長腳蟹,青口,蟹,蝦。我冇食青口,長腳蟹好肥美,我食左好多好多隻,蝦好彈牙,唔錯! 蟹我食左一隻,都多膏都唔錯!另外我食左mixed沙律,有4款,薯仔係我既最愛,洋蔥味好正,另一係green Apple 好味,加埋啲nuts唔錯.。沙律區係唔錯既,有埋好大條既秋葵!甜品就食左2球movepick 得雲喱嗱同朱古力,其他甜品就冇食。甜品就好少款。
