To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日細佬放假約左我同媽媽食午餐，媽媽想食壽司，帶左佢去呢間有好多分店的連鎖壽司店，已經食過N咁多次，質素唔會差得去邊。我地兩點到達唔太多人可能因為過左午飯繁忙時間，平時午飯時間經過都見到門口有人等位。有幾款午餐選擇，叫了一客壽司定食，壽司大大粒，食落都算新鮮，仲包沙律同麵豉湯。媽媽仲叫左客湯烏冬，烏冬口感彈牙，細細碗，每次如果我個女嚟到都會食晒。仲有我最鍾意食佢個軟殼蟹手卷，每次嚟到我都一定食。每次想起食壽司都會選擇元氣，壽司選擇都唔少，實有幾款啱食。
