To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

熟食市場不嬲係抵食之選，環境無得要求太多，但都坐得闊落，空氣通爽涼快，唔會污煙瘴氣。🤣明明同行友人話呢間以沙嗲湯底作招徠，而且可以自由揀餸，唔駛受限於「沙嗲+牛」嘅組合，但我偏偏為咗控制卡路里，揀咗個相對健康嘅選擇。牛肉麵（轉意粉底）$2424蚊一個lunch，但牛肉量好多！牛肉軟稔，唔知係槌過定加咗鬆肉粉🤔不過肉味都幾重，算係唔錯🤗 意粉同湯底偏淡口🤣但自己無揀沙嗲湯底無得怪人，聞到隔離碗沙嗲麵香噴噴，下次會識揀㗎喇😌
