To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日中午嚟到食菜膽雲吞排骨麵, 再配一杯凍豆漿。凍豆漿飲飲下,有啲苦澀,唔知因為咩事。單排骨麵係好食嘅,菜膽其實可以轉榨菜或者雪菜,轉了雪菜之後份量都夠多,雪菜唔會偏鹹 而雲吞係白菜豬肉雲吞,雲吞片或唔會太厚,而菜膽同豬肉內涵分量一半一半,雲吞亦好大粒,總共有兩粒。相比之下排骨就畀雲吞失色,排骨有恰當嘅鹹味,不過就偏乾偏柴, 比我想像中冇咁juicy, 但都有五六舊,份量係完全唔使擔心唔夠。最後試咗朋友一個陳皮鯪魚肉捲,陳皮味足夠,鍾意陳皮的可以一試。
