呢日同朋友出旺角食飯,見到呢間鋪頭幾吸引、又有$60嘅「小拉麵」可以揀,咁啱我哋兩個都唔太餓,所以就決定幫襯佢🤓朋友揀咗濃湯同埋加咗隻$12嘅流心蛋,原本我想加配芽菜,可惜嗰日冇晒,就轉咗要$10嘅木耳絲🍜小拉麵嘅份量大概係正常麵餅嘅2/3,叉燒有一大片、仲有啲紫菜同筍,雖然我只係加咗木耳,但唔知點解紫菜都特別多😆揀咗「麵硬」嘅口感幾啱我、少少煙韌咁~湯底味道唔算好豐富,主要都係清清地嘅豬骨味,冇咩其他蔬菜味或者鰹魚粉味😉叉燒夠軟腍、係薄身咗啲,不過想食到油脂香味/炙燒香就最好嗌返其他拉麵😛以呢個價錢嚟講真係好唔錯,亦都啱晒想食少啲碳水化合物嘅人👍🏻不過唔太建議大家揀濃湯,因為質地好似沾麵嘅湯、而且都幾鹹,好容易就會越食越膩🙈

不過唔太建議大家揀濃湯,因為質地好似沾麵嘅湯、而且都幾鹹,好容易就會越食越膩🙈
