To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常與閏蜜慶生,都會選吃泰國菜。今次就選了位於北角的泰式餐廳,感覺也挺闊落。😀三個人吃了六個菜,相當豐富!🤣🐷炭燒豬頸肉豬頸肉燒得很香,肉質也很鮮嫩,配上酸酸辣辣的醬汁,令味道層次提升。🦐泰式大蝦金邊粉也是佳作,酸酸甜甜的大蝦配以金邊粉,再加上花生碎,很搭配,如果份量再多一點點就好!🥬泰式炒通菜味道不過不失,可能偏向喜歡吃菜葉,但它有很多菜莖!🥣冬蔭功蝦湯冬蔭功湯有蕃茄仔、娃娃菜等材料,份量也足夠,比起一般的冬蔭功偏辣。🫔泰式春卷春卷是這裡的佳作,熱辣辣,餡料有冬菇絲、蘿蔔絲、粉絲等等,相當足料,配上甜酸醬,感覺很滋味。🥘泰式炒濕河(豬)有菜、有豬肉、有粟米荀、紅蘿蔔絲,雖然份量挺多,不過覺得味道偏甜,感覺一般。埋單約$500,算是超值的!👍🏻
