To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間嘢係屋企附近真係成日都食，今次食咗個300g牛五花套餐，加咗溫泉蛋紫菜飯，配泡菜。首先，牛五花肉份量好多，雖然唔係最靚嘅肉質，但性價比算高，我一個女仔都差啲食唔晒。肉質有啲嫩，食落口都好香口，味道唔會太膩，好容易食。配上啲泡菜，啲泡菜都唔差喎，可以幫助中和肉嘅油膩感。溫泉蛋紫菜飯好好食，紫菜撈飯冇得輸，再加埋溫泉蛋真係超正，不過要加錢嚟講就爭咁啲。飯粒都彈牙，紫菜香味十足，溫泉蛋煮得啱啱好，蛋黃流心，好開胃。唯一嘅缺點就係要加錢，如果包埋就更好啦。整體嚟講，呢間餐廳啲套餐其實都算係幾抵食，特別係呢個牛五花套餐份量好多，好飽肚，值得推介。其他嘅話份量當然就少啲啦不過有得揀幾多g，唔睇價錢嘅話你想叫幾多都得啦，其實又唔係話好貴。
