今次黎到銅鑼灣登龍街一間日式扒房Steak Bar,呢間嘢開業多年,之前都有聽聞佢比較出名食燒炸牛扒,而且價錢貼地,今日終於嚟試吓佢嘅食物。主食方面,今次點左澳洲黑毛安格斯西冷($258)(配前菜、沙律及飯有飯素)前菜:醃蘿蔔一碟有齊紅蘿蔔及白蘿蔔,蘿蔔切到細細粒,方便食用,而味道帶微酸,適合中途切換口味。沙律:胡麻醬沙律有一粒小蕃茄及一些生菜,醬汁夠多,如果鍾意食胡麻醬的人會喜歡。牛肉方面選擇了五成熟,表面配有蒜片,醬油及鹽俾你自由配搭,牛扒有手掌般大,肉質厚實,食完一塊已經好夠飽。另外不得不提個飯,配左飯素,味精帶甜好開胃。叫飲品($35-$38)贈送小食(原味薯條、和風紫菜薯條、蜜糖蒜蓉雞翼2隻)今日試左荔枝梳打($35)送和風紫菜薯條,荔枝梳打有淡淡荔枝味,帶有甜味,配埋梳打水既清爽感,去油膩不錯。而小食雖然話係送細份,但份量都唔算少,薯條裝到滿滿的,薯條屬於粗狀鋸齒型,而紫菜粉亦毫不吝嗇,所以每一條薯條都沾滿紫菜粉, 十分惹味,新鮮炸起的薯條真係令人食慾大增。蜜糖蒜蓉雞翼$58一客蜜糖蒜蓉雞翼有5隻,雞翼即制而成,表面沾滿蜜糖,食落又甜又脆,而裏面肉質都夠滑,所以都令人有一口
