老細請食飯,公司秘書book位介紹咗我哋去呢間本來冇期待過會好味嘅好彩海鮮酒家。我哋連埋老細一行八人嚟到呢間酒家 老細發板點菜,講明要食靚嘅海鮮, 預先已預留咗一隻四斤重嘅皇帝蟹。而我最先到一早攞定位等埋其他人黎, 之後老細就點咗呢個皇帝蟹三味第一尾係皇帝蟹清蒸, 基本上皇帝蟹已經好新鮮同生猛 點整都好好味!第二味食法係用花雕酒蒸皇帝蟹水蛋, 啲水蛋吸晒蟹嘅鮮味仲有花雕酒嚟做陪襯有少少偏咸, 忍唔住叫咗碗白飯撈嚟食,認真滋味。皇帝蟹蓋葡汁海鮮焗飯, 炒飯粒粒分明,咸味適中,可惜分量少,八個人要爭住食蒸澳洲東星斑, 蒸嘅時間火候控制得啱啱好所以肉質鮮嫩,魚香甜美通菜啫啫煲,條條都好粗但係就有少少老楊枝甘露及紅豆沙係部長送嘅, 紅豆沙好香陳皮味,而楊枝甘露就普普通通桂花糕係同事食嘅,冇特別評價總括嚟餐價錢不算貴,但海鮮夠鮮味
