Happy Friday同家姐去撐檯腳, 走到厚福街H8的BEL CIBO, 一間專食多國菜既西餐廳。我地叫左個二人餐, 係專頁比like有65折優惠, 都唔錯。頭盤係秘製鮮凍鮑魚。凍鮑魚鮮甜有咬口, 肉質彈牙, 點上自家製既忌廉鮑魚汁, 咸咸地既味道, 口感都唔錯。前菜係香煎法國鵝肝伴焦糖菠蘿。鵝肝煎得唔太實, 不過味道酥香, 煎過既菠蘿清甜, 一解鵝肝既油膩, 伴碟閃粉汁原來係油醋製成, 都幾特別。今晚既餐湯係洋蔥煙肉素翅湯, 足料又creamy。飲完湯就到飯, 海膽黑松露野菌意大利飯, 鋪係面既海膽份量多, 好吸引, 味道鮮甜, 意大利飯有咬口, 估唔到海膽同意大利飯都好夾。主菜揀左美國有骨豬鞍扒。大塊又厚身既豬鞍扒份量十足, 二人餐呢個價錢有厚身豬扒食算幾抵食。豬鞍扒肉質有小小韌同嚡口, 不過味道焦香又入味, 淋上燒汁都幾好食。另一款主菜係刁草烤焗挪威鮮三文魚扒。三文魚煎得金黃, 魚肉結實, 一d都唔腥, 伴碟仲有薯蓉食。甜品係Cream brulee。燉蛋加左雲呢拿籽都幾香, 口感比較結實, 焦糖面薄脆, 甜度適中。叫左杯Lime & Honey Fruit Soda $58
