To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天去红磡找朋友，因为早到，所以先吃个简单早餐。因差不多每天都去大xx和麦xx，凑巧给我遇到店。看到这店是时吓了一惊，因很少连锁快餐店需要排那么长的队。我们兩人各点了个炒旦早餐。和其他茶餐厅一样，套餐也附设一條肠；通心粉和吐司。那蘑菇炒蛋真是很嫩滑，炒的过程应该加了鲜牛奶，加上蘑菇在加热后变得很香，混上炒蛋真是天作之合。吐司方面，當吃上第一口仸知道厨房是很认真做菜和非常留意细节。牛油给你涂得非常均匀。麵包也鬆脆，这一定是在烤炉很热的时候马上将麵包放下，否则没有这口感和层次。雖是一间连锁茶餐厅的标准出品，但感觉很到位
