呢期頻頻出街食晏晝,今日又跟同事出去食好嘢,嚟咗呢間吉列牛忌廉烏冬專門店,當然要叫個招牌菜吉列牛套餐($148),驚四個人唔夠分仲追加多一份($98)。另一個招牌菜忌廉烏冬($78),當然都有叫,今次就試咗雞肉,上枱嘅時候覺得真係好靚,全個碗面都係忌廉,打得好滑,仲有少少蔥花,真係估唔到佢內有乾坤,裏面竟然係咖喱烏冬,食嘅時候撈勻晒,又唔會覺得忌廉唔夾,幾得意。至於吉列牛,一份其實都唔少,仲配有一碗麵豉湯、一碗飯,同埋一啲沙律前菜等。追加嗰份同原先嗰份基本上一樣,只係冇咗飯湯同前菜,牛肉既表面已經用吉列方法處理過,食之前只需放喺一個好似石造嘅器皿上燒,燒到你自己鍾意嘅生熟程度就可以了!可以點幾款唔同嘅醬汁,基本上都好好味。除此之外,我哋仲叫咗一個「美國頂級牛厘脊套餐」( $178 ),仲配埋$38嘅鹹蛋薯條。我就唔係好知乜嘢叫做牛厘脊,不過就覺得好入味同好腍,加埋堆洋蔥一齊食,好香呢!至於鹹蛋薯條,又估唔到幾好食,本身我唔係特別鍾意鹹蛋,但係呢個薯條整得好香,又脆又熱!仲有一個午餐,係日式鰻魚炒飯配流心蛋( $78 ),鰻魚汁好香,除咗鰻魚仲有啲菇同芝麻,加埋隻流心蛋,撈埋蛋汁成個飯好
