呢排比較喜歡去冰室食飯,一來冰室價錢比較大眾化,二來香港嘅冰室質素越嚟越高,中復嘅機會較低, 而且各有各特色。今日就係鰂魚涌食咗一間叫““樓下冰室““食午飯,冰室主打食蕃茄湯通粉 。我就叫咗一個炒滑蛋蕃茄通配瑞士汁雞脾餐 $55。先講個蕃茄湯, 有滿滿嘅蕃茄味 ,酸度啱啱好,同螺絲粉十分配合 。蕃茄湯令十分開胃,就算食曬成碗都唔會覺得好滯好頂肚。 如果覺得太酸嘅話,曬少少鹽就可以中和返。炒滑蛋都做得好出色,仍然有蛋汁又熱辣辣 。之後到隻瑞士雞髀。 雞髀洪厚多肉,用足火候去煮 ,用叉一吉,已經感受到雞脾嘅鬆軟嫩滑 。個瑞士汁亦整得非常突出, 好多時瑞士汁好容易整到好甜,呢一個汁就啱啱好 。我仲特登將雞髀切到一少份一少分,咁樣就可以沾滿多啲汁。除咗蕃茄通之外,冰室亦有六大特別推介,例如煎雙蛋豬扒飯等等。希望下次試埋其他,再同大家報告。

先講個蕃茄湯, 有滿滿嘅蕃茄味 ,酸度啱啱好,同螺絲粉十分配合 。蕃茄湯令十分開胃,就算食曬成碗都唔會覺得好滯好頂肚。 如果覺得太酸嘅話,曬少少鹽就可以中和返。炒滑蛋都做得好出色,仍然有蛋汁又熱辣辣 。
