《清湯醬油拉麵🍜》清湯系嘅拉麵不嬲响香港都比較唔受歡迎。不過我個人認為,往往清湯系更能食得出個廚嘅功力,一於試試!香味 (3.5/5) - 主要係鰹魚汁,同醬油嘅香,都幾例牌野。湯 (3/5) - 色澤清澈,鹹甜香齊,唔會太鹹太甜,剛好,我覺得都過得去。麵條 (5/5) - 非常的好!中細麵,直身,非常咁爽口,有咬勁,成碗麵最有記憶點就係個麵本身。配料 (4/5) - 豬叉燒方面,用豬肩肉,有兩塊,夠嫩滑,肉味夠,幾好食。溏心蛋我認為非常好,味道剛剛好,襯個清湯好夾,生熟度完美,蛋香極出,非常好食。佢係成碗麵第二個記憶點。荀方面,少少荀臭味,不過我唔抗拒,我幾鍾意嘅。食左一半後,加埋黑胡椒,同昆布醋,味道有一定提升。《自家製餃子🥟》餃子就一般,中規中矩。最後乜都清晒。整體 - 小小推薦 👍👍。以佢嘅性價比,我認為唔係驚豔,不過路過食一碗都會有一定程度嘅滿足,餃子則可加可不加。
