To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾個月既香港，每日都發生好多事，荒謬到極點，感覺真的好無助、好氣憤、好失望，但總不能絕望，祈盼每天都有新希望，在唔開心時要讓心靈好好放空一下。今日Lunch想搵個有空間感既地方坐下，上下網食個lunch，來到沙田希爾頓呢間delifrance，店內位置算幾多，而且午餐時間不多人，正好適合今天的我，午餐分別有1+1和1+2套餐，選擇左1+1，意份配飲品，吞拿魚忌廉炒意粉跟杯凍檸茶，味道一般般，服務也好一般，而價錢就比較高，不太抵食。
