To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來在 cafe circle 開業初期已想一試, 可惜因事取消之後在 openrice 看過不少劣評, 所以打消念頭機綠巧合下入過酒店參觀, 整體給我留下不俗印象加上鄰近荃灣西站, 我等西鐵沿線居民更感方便所以襯母親大人生日到此一試其 DINNER BUFFET 餐廳設計相當具形格, 同酒店風格一脈相承最重要其樓距甚高, 加上座位之間闊落, 空間感十足加上訂座時要求坐窗口位, 望出需只時荃灣各樓宇的夜景但 9 樓的自助餐廳當今已算位於較高樓層, 景觀算不錯(期待年尾佔據 ICC 高層的麗嘉的 BUFFET 餐廳會位處那一層 )說回自助餐的主角 -- 食物熱盤不算多不過質素都不差蒸杉班, 煎龍利柳, 西蘭花, 辣酒煮翡翠螺, 烤羊架, 燒乳鴿, 炸子雞, 咖喱牛腩, 豬頸肉等等沒有一些酒店自助餐對熱食的敷衍了事, 質素都達酒店餐廳平時用餐水準6:30至7:30 時必定要留意粉絲蒸扇貝紛絲入味, 扇貝亦夠大夠份量, 但只供應此自助餐的頭一小時內7:30 後到燒大蝦接棒可惜未有想像的水準, 口感怪怪的, 蝦味亦不突出...整晚最失望的一部分另有中式「車仔檔」, 有各種常見的「車仔面」配料可

說回自助餐的主角 -- 食物
熱盤不算多
不過質素都不差
蒸杉班, 煎龍利柳, 西蘭花, 辣酒煮翡翠螺, 烤羊架, 燒乳鴿, 炸子雞, 咖喱牛腩, 豬頸肉等等
沒有一些酒店自助餐對熱食的敷衍了事, 質素都達酒店餐廳平時用餐水準
6:30至7:30 時必定要留意粉絲蒸扇貝
紛絲入味, 扇貝亦夠大夠份量, 但只供應此自助餐的頭一小時內
7:30 後到燒大蝦接棒
可惜未有想像的水準, 口感怪怪的, 蝦味亦不突出...整晚最失望的一部分
另有中式「車仔檔」, 有各種常見的「車仔面」配料可供選擇
最特別是那個盛食物的大碗, 夠形格得來卻極之重, 難為了待應, 廚師及洗碗碟的員工...

冷盤沒有生蠔(但7點後有焗蠔)
只有龍蝦仔, 青口, 三種常見的刺身, 各款壽司
最特別時蟹腳, 初初以為此自助餐連蟹腳也沒有稍感失望
但原來此處是用一個透明膠杯把切開的蟹腳配菜盛着, 像沙律杯般
雖然份量少, 未能如其他酒店自助餐般可狂吃蟹腳
但想不到卻另有一番風味
一來不需自己出手, 切開了的蟹腳更方便, 更干淨更省時間
而且小食多滋味, 反而更少了牛「趙」牡丹的感覺, 更能嘗到蟹腳的鮮味 (酒店也能省了不少成本...)
各小杯加起總算可以平伏對蟹腳的慾望

甜品方面
雪糕有柏柏加奴的四款口味, 食慣一般酒店H大師的雪糕, 這算是另一種風味
朱古力噴泉, tirimisu, cheese cake, 布甸等見慣見熟的甜品一應俱全
小巧而味道不俗
更有不太大件的葡tart

凍飲有橙汁及柑桔檸檬汁任飲
熱飲茶或啡任沖(自己動手)
慣常的餐茶(即凍飲啡或茶等)則欠奉

整體符合預期
價錢不算高, 而環境非常舒服
餐廳面積以一般自助餐廳來說算頗大, 但由於座位不多, 所以搶食情況不嚴重
不過仍比較聚聲, 稍欠寧靜
每次出去取食物時移動自己的椅子亦會發出吵耳的摩擦聲
但瑕不掩瑜
以此價錢還算是不錯的選擇
