To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在奧海城看完早場後，便到這裡吃午餐。上網看過話這裡的質素不好。所以專誠揀這裡去試，因多次去屯門那店，不論早晚都無失手。(包括小菜、早餐等)十一時許剛開舖，已有幾枱客人了。點了套餐：蝦球雞粥+糉。連茶及加一為九十四元六角。粥底真的無得輸，蝦球有五隻之多，有三隻是很大隻的，大過一粒完整的元貝。雞也有五件，而且是雞件上，不是所為手撕的。喜歡件上好過手撕，起碼都叫有咬口吖。糉真的很好：因在出面就算你不計較價錢，去買所謂綠豆糉都是綠豆少少，糯米多多或是無謂餡料一堆。但我祇想吃的祇是綠豆多多。這裡便做到。因它們介紹為七、三比例。唯一要彈的是那糉送來時未夠很熱，因沒有冒湮。我覺得用這價吃到這樣質素，起碼對得起消費者。
