To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司皇恩浩蕩放半天假，仲請我哋去食自助餐添，科學園最近嘅自然係大學站啦，一入內已充滿聖誕節氣氛，甜品吧佈置精美，相當吸睛。海鮮冷盤有蟹腳、龍蝦，蟹腳沒試費事拆，龍蝦已切開半隻方便食，蝦膏吸引，我不禁食左幾轉，已去殻蝦，肉彈新鮮，煙三文、沙樂美腸配哈蜜瓜就最好不過，如果有菠蘿多一選擇就更加好了。羊架、肉腸、烤菠蘿專人即燒，不羶不膩頗嫩肉質跟薄荷啫喱就最夾。濃茄湯煮蜆充滿清新感，只係蜆肉比較細小。雪糕全是Haagen Daz而且有9種味道之多，但要自己處理，就有點困難，如果獨立杯裝份量多又吃不到其他味道，真矛盾。因為聖誕節關係，特別有多一杯welcome drink也不錯吖。
