可能市道不好,祇是早一天訂位,都有窗口枱坐。但今年冇咩燈飾看。今晚set dinner係6 course. Amuse Bouche 係chicken lollipop. 味道唔錯,但雞肉有少少生。starter 係帶子他他配香檳jelly,幾醒胃。湯係松露蘑菇湯,松露好香。First course係豬肉批,味道可以,不太滯。跟住crispy Amandai.魚皮好脆魚肉唔鞋。其實食完魚都夠。跟住main course 係和牛,份量算多,但有筋。甜品係南瓜mousse 加甜核桃,核桃可以,mousse 就一般,係雪糕就好D。
