To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平安夜的椒鹽豬扒飯炒底午餐

平安夜1點就收工，平日甚少食飯嘅我忽然想食麻甩飯，特別係好耐都冇食嘅椒鹽豬扒飯炒底！前一日已上網睇邊間好食，原本想食同事推介深水埗個間合興旺茶餐廳，可惜逢周二休息，最後揀咗牛頭角嘅金飯館。原來椒鹽豬扒飯得牛頭角店先有，旺角分店係冇嘅，千奇唔好去錯！大約點半左右去到，唔算多人，叫咗個椒鹽豬扒飯炒底，即炒即炸嘅話都算好快上菜！第一眼見到鑊氣十足同份量充足，豬扒連飯堆到滿滿，旁邊有啲炒椰菜，豬扒上面堆咗滿滿嘅類似避風塘嘅炸蒜粒同辣椒粒，外觀好靚仔！第一啖食咗啖炒飯先，飯粒分明，好香口，豬扒都好鬆脆易咬，鍾意食飯上面嘅蒜粒，好好送飯，不過我嫌唔夠辣，問吓有冇辣椒油，但店員話呢度冇呢啲？？辣椒油都冇算有點奇怪，而朋友話一碟椒鹽豬扒飯炒底$78不包飲品好貴喎，但我又覺得以咁嘅份量同賣相，都算物超所值！
