To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下的平安夜晚市都要暫停，只好來個平安夜午餐慶祝吧~ 首次來到Megabox的Ikea餐廳，先取餐車及托盤，沿路自行將心水食物放落餐車，推住滿載食物的餐車到收銀處付款，好有機場feel呢~ 龍蝦濃湯$13雖然無蝦肉湯料，但味道濃郁，完全對得住呢個價錢。 小食併盤$43有薯格、雞翼、香腸及粟米粒，另有茄汁及芥末醬自行添加，味道唔算有驚喜，但見每台都有點一碟。 酥炸咸豬手併酸菜$66剛好岩岩出爐，份量仲好有睇頭，個皮脆卜卜，咬落啖啖肉，可以用外脆內軟來形容，伴碟的酸菜又可消滯，極度推薦。 香烤三文魚併薯蓉$49三文魚烤得剛好，不會過熟令魚肉質變得鞋，伴碟有不少薯蓉及紅蘿蔔。 有機洛神花茶$15冰凍洛神花茶，酸酸甜甜，幫助消滯。
