To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

IKEA 出名賣傢俬，價錢大眾化。但佢附設餐廳就更出名。野食荀之餘，仲全自助式，咖啡，汽水可以無限添飲，讚呀。今日約朋友嚟到吹吓水，點知人山人海，簡直係大眾飯堂，8點幾都坐無虛席。睇下我今日精讚: 羊架，肉丸，小龍蝦沙律，磨姑卷，超飽。我要推介係沙律，無得講，正呀，有橘子，火箭菜，紫椰菜，粟米，小龍蝦等等，重要係新鮮，粟米唔係罐頭，係新鮮粟米嚟，橘子清甜，七彩繽紛，顏色吸引，讓我喜出望外。至於，肉丸就唔駛講，稱得上首席菜式，加埋草莓醬，一絕。磨姑卷不過不失啦！最差竟然係羊架，好大層羊味，認真麻麻地。記得下次到IKEA 買野，不妨探訪下餐廳，或者有意外收獲。
