米芝蓮摘星餐廳今次揀咗呢間預約困難店, 湊巧之下唔洗2個月預約到, 個人認為食物質素中上, 小店坐位較少先係預約困難主因預約時寫咗係慶祝週年, 所以安排咗窗邊半圓卡位, 相對私密少少同有情調牛肉薄片刺身 Beef Carpaccio澳洲M5和牛片配上三文魚籽同mozzarella, 果仁碎同芝士片, 味道有層次感, 加埋食用花擺碟就更加IG-able傳統卡邦尼手造意大利麵 Handmade Tagliolini Carbonara用咗傳統意式方法, 冇落cream或者奶, 只係用芝士、雞蛋同豬面頰肉(Guanciale), 濃稠醬汁相當掛下意粉, 好重芝士味同蛋香, 可惜意粉未夠al denteDeep-fried Pork Sirloin Roll見到是日精選有呢個炸豬肉圈就試埋佢, 不過上枱就已經甩咗層外皮, 肉質有少乾柴, 反觀伴碟嘅三文魚他他幾好Tiramisu甜品就要最大路嘅Tiramisu,  不過味道中規中矩, 主要都係要碟上嘅朱古力字打卡影相試咗4款可以by glass嘅wine, 不過不失整體嚟講, 米芝蓮三星有啲overrated, 價錢同質素比對就略貴, 比一般西
