To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去灣仔買裝修材料,行吓睇吓,買齊晒要的材料就過了午餐時段。肚子有點打鼓,就行去大有商場醫肚。好耐冇食過越南嘢,見到安南越式牛肉粉,加上見到不少食客在内進食,就走入去食下午茶餐。由於是閒日,基本上不用等候就可以入座。下午茶餐都有很多選擇,價錢都是太約40多元一個餐連一杯嘢飲,都算大眾化。叫了一個生牛肉湯河粉和牛坑腩片湯河粉。牛坑腩片湯河粉,湯多於一切,湯㡳味精味很重伴着薄薄的三片腩片,腩片看似孤零零的。腩片連少許腩味也提不上。生牛肉湯粉,生牛肉那裏去了。雖然價錢不貴的一餐下午茶,但食物質素真的成疑。
