To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得第一次食華星。。都成五年前。係筲箕灣分店食,當時係覺得堅好食。而難得今日係我減肥嘅cheat meal day,唔想浪費左個quota,就揀華星。最後就食五茶匙油嘅炒滑蛋、升糖指數好高嘅厚多士差唔多十二點,唔駛等位即入,在座九成旅客。服務有禮。同男朋友一個早餐炒蛋&熱奶茶、一個老外早餐&凍啡。。個炒蛋一到,第一個反應,滑蛋?!可能睇過地獄廚神煮嘅滑蛋,望落有點心諗好似一般般。火腿通,好一般。。而老外餐蛋都係無高低,無咩特別,半塊薯餅黐住啲滑蛋,所以林晒。個人覺得杯凍啡幾好飲,好飲過熱奶茶,但偏甜~!華星出名嘅滑蛋,食落其實好一般,係過得去,但唔達預期。。無左第一次食咁好食~
