To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍MoMo Café沙田安平街1號香港沙田萬怡酒店🟠餐廳都算大同闊落，座位亦算舒適，特別欣賞呢三個半圓餐桌，點綴了餐廳。食物多元化，但味道同質量都較一般。☕️🥛🍵🍹咖啡機提供的無論是Espresso同普通Coffee都有點令人失望呢，唔夠味道同唔夠熱，有望改善。🍳🥚🥓早餐都提供一般的煙肉、薯餅、烚蛋、腸仔、茄汁豆等，亦有煎蛋提供。中式點心選擇唔多，今次有曼頭、珍珠雞同牛肉，雖然款式不多，但點心味道不錯。🍜🍥🥬還有一個section提供粉麵類，即時煮，可選魚蛋鳴門卷同菜。另外有個section提供麥片，種類算多。🍞🥐🥖麵包亦有白麵包麥包，最好食有款芝麻奇亞籽法包，烘一烘更香脆美味。另外香蕉🍌蛋糕亦做得好乾身，唔會太甜亦唔太油，味道剛剛好😋。
